A Living Wage Journey

The Church Council of Greater Seattle is convening people of faith to explore how we are called to work for economic justice. We are inspired by a vision of a city and region where all who work earn enough to participate in the fullness of life as God intends.

Current living wage efforts renew the Church Council’s longstanding commitment of walking with women and men who work and yet struggle to make ends meet. Our work is rooted in the belief that by bringing together people of faith, we can restore God’s shalom in our communities.

We invite you and your congregation to join in this collaborative effort as we engage in the process of education, organizing, and advocacy for a living wage for all in our Puget Sound region.
